The Library of American Broadcasting Foundation is excited to sponsor the 2025 industry-wide Career Fair on Tuesday, April 8th at NAB Show in Las Vegas. Partnering on this year’s event are the BEA, NAB, SMPTE, RTDNA, NABLF & RAB. The event offers high-quality job seekers of all levels a chance to meet with top media industry recruiters and grad school representatives.

Recruiters can look forward to meeting with all levels of job seekers, including:

  • Undergraduate and Graduate Students 
    Students in attendance are among the top in their class. They are winners from our Festival of Media Arts competition, BEA Scholarship Winners, RAB Student Scholars, BEA Collegiate Media Chapters, & AERho honors society members.
  • Young Professionals 
    Our Career Fair attracts professionals just starting out in the industry. These are up-in-coming media professionals who are interested in advancing their careers in Media.

About the Event

This year’s career fair will cover a diverse range of interests to reflect NAB Show’s audience.

Traditionally, BEA’s convention attracts over 1,300 media faculty members to learn and see the latest advances in the field from the perspectives of educators and professionals. We have over 400 students attend our conference alone each year and NAB Show has around a thousand attendees that attend the Career Fair each year.

The NAB Show, produced by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), has 100,000 attendees traditionally each year and focuses on the entire spectrum of content creation and distribution. For more information on the NAB Show visit https://www.nabshow.com/.

The event is also an initiative to increase diversity in broadcasting, and all participating companies receive Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) credit from the Federal Communications Commission.
