Melissa Grego founded consulting practice Melinc (“mel-link”) in 2015 after serving as the first female Editor-in-Chief of leading TV industry publication Broadcasting & Cable.

Tapping Grego’s experience, knowledge and network developed over her 20-year career in TV and media business journalism, Melinc specializes in: Conference and event production, editorial content creation and strategy and consulting projects that empower women working in media and entertainment.

While leading B&C’s print, digital and live events efforts, she created the off-the-record Keynotes & Cocktails: Women of NY and Women of the West conference series to empower and connect women working in media and entertainment. Keynotes & Cocktails is now owned and operated by Melinc.

Grego continues to collaborate with B&C and its parent company NewBay Media as executive producer of NewBay’s Next TV Summit & Expo, a high-level, future-focused executive conference series providing insights into the impact of new video devices, delivery systems and consumer expectations in the OTT era.

Earlier in her career Grego held leadership or reporting roles at Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and TelevisionWeek. She has provided expert commentary about TV and media on ABC News, Access Hollywood, CNN, CNBC, Fox News, The Insider, MSNBC, NPR and Yahoo, among others, and was a special correspondent for Extra. She lectured at UCLA and Cal State Northridge and frequently moderates sessions with TV and media industry figures at industry events.

HARVEY LEVIN
Producer, investigative reporter, and attorney, Harvey Levin serves as Executive Producer of the TMZ brands. 

Harvey has received nine Emmy® Awards and numerous other local and national awards for news and investigative reporting at the NBC and CBS affiliates in Los Angeles.  Prior to TMZ, Harvey created and served as Executive Producer for the syndicated series “Celebrity Justice.”  Prior to launching “CJ,” Levin served as Co-Executive Producer and consultant for the television show “The People’s Court,” and he continues to host the interactive segments of the show.  Levin has also served as Executive Consultant on the syndicated program “Moral Court” and Managing Editor of the syndicated program

“Superior Court.”  He spent a decade as an investigative reporter for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles and covered numerous high-profile court cases for a number of top CBS stations across the country, including affiliates in New York and Chicago. For seven years, Levin was a legal columnist for the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, he has hosted radio talk shows for KABC-AM and KMPC-AM in Los Angeles. Levin, a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, began his career as a litigator at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm and has been a professor of law at three universities. He also served as a consultant for the American Bar Association and has testified before Congress on behalf of the organization.

EVAN ROSENBLUM

“TMZ” and “TMZ Sports” Executive Producer Evan Rosenblum first began working for Harvey Levin as a writer on the newsmagazine “Celebrity Justice” and reconnected during the early stages of TMZ.com.

During his stint with the company, Evan played a key role in the development of TMZ.com, “TMZ on TV” and “TMZ Sports” – while managing a newsroom that has broken some of the biggest stories in entertainment and sports … from  Ray Rice and Donald Sterling to the death of Michael Jackson.

Rosenblum is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
