     Be the FIRST to welcome attendees to the BEA show at the kick-off continental breakfast held in the Exhibition Hall on Friday morning. It’s a great opportunity to introduce your company and product to BEA attendees. The event kicks off at 8am on Friday, April 4th .

     This is BEA’s most widely attended event and takes place on Saturday, April 5th . Attendees gather at for the presentation of our top awards and to listen to a keynote address. Past keynotes have included Larry King, Don Ohlmeyer, Bill Duke, Lowell “Bud” Paxson, Stanley Hubbard and Eddie Fritts. With the exclusive opportunity to directly address the crowd – it’s a great way to kick off a campaign geared towards the education market. BEA works with you to make this sponsorship one that can easily multiply your initial investment dollars and equal a huge return.

BEA2003 Festival Sponsorship
     The BEA Festival is a media competition for faculty and students with categories in Video, Audio, Scriptwriting, News and Interactive Multimedia. The festival is new to BEA in 2003, but various competitions have existed within BEA for a number of years. The BEA Festival brings together all of our competitions into a high profile event which we are heavily promoting. There are eleven different competition sessions at our convention where the best work among categories is shown. This all culminates in a Saturday night event where the best of the best are shown. We anticipate a speaker of national stature from the entertainment industry and we are soliciting a sponsor for this high-visibility opportunity.

BEA 2003 On-Site Classroom Sponsorship
      
This is an outstanding opportunity for visibility where a company brings in a number of computers to do on-site training of their products. Your company will have exclusive rights to training on software applications of interest to our members. The on-site classroom is in the vicinity of the Technology Demonstration Room and offers members an opportunity for professional development while at our convention.

BEA2003 Opening Night Reception Sponsorship
