     The BEA Exhibit Hall will be located near a grand hall with the BEA registration area and lounge - all just steps away from the main session rooms. Traffic will surely be non-stop, so be prepared for quality and quantity in 2003.

Hours of Exhibition:
Setup: Thursday, April 3
Exhibits open:
Friday, April 4, 9am - 5pm
Saturday, April 5, 9am - 4:30pm

Exhibit booths:

One Table booth, 10' x 10' Includes 1 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet	$600
Two Table booth, 16' x 10' Includes 2 6' skirted table, 4 chairs, 1 electrical outlet	$800
Three Table booth, 22' x 10' Includes 3 6' skirted tables, 6 chairs, 1 electrical outlet	$1,000
This is a flat fee - material will be updated and refreshed on site, but BEA is not responsible for returning product to vendor.

     Vendors are responsible for all other equipment rental, shipping costs, etc.. BEA will provide you with contact information in your Exhibitor Kit which will be mailed to all 2003 exhibitors and available on the BEA web site.

     Space has already been reserved, so the sooner you send in your form and payment, the sooner you can reserve your space. Don't delay!
