On-Location Conference Highlights

The BEA On-Location Conference begins on Thursday, October 8, with registration opening at 2:00 p.m. We’ll officially kick things off with a plenary session at 3:00 p.m., followed by a welcome reception so you can catch up with colleagues, meet new people and settle in for the conference.

Friday, October 9 is a full day with research, teaching, creative and professional sessions, providing opportunities to discover new ideas, share your work and have conversations with colleagues. A reception will take place on Friday evening as well.

We’ll wrap up on Saturday, October 10, with a closing session and awards presentation beginning at 12:30 p.m. If you’re not in a hurry to head home, stick around for our optional 2:00 p.m. brewery tour.  We’re going to take advantage of the casual pub scene in Normal, IL and enjoy one last afternoon with fellow attendees before everyone heads home.
