PromaxBDA Creative Educators Forum (CEF) is an industry-led seminar designed to build a stronger connection between the academic community and the television marketing, promotion and design industry. Faculty and students will learn from top marketing, creative and digital media executives leading the charge in television marketing, promotion and advertising. Television marketers, short form writers and creatives work in an interdisciplinary environment where marketers are content creators, designers are storytellers and writers are producers and editors. With this interdisciplinary lens, PromaxBDA worked with the different BEA interest divisions to design each session to provide relevant information to all interest divisions.

Attendees of PromaxBDA CEF will walk away with key industry insights, a stronger connection to television executives and knowledge of how to build a thriving, creative career in television marketing. Sessions will include:


10:00 am - 11:15 am         Creative Educators Forum: Sports Networks and the Power of Marketing , Pavilion 10

With sports being one of the last bastions of live appointment viewing in television, marketing, and all the components of marketing, each event plays a critical role in the success of any sports media brand, from emerging media and digital platforms to innovative approaches to publicity and social marketing.
