The BEA Research Committee is inviting proposals for the 2024 BEA Research Symposium and subsequent Research Series Edited Volume. Past symposia and related research books have included such topics as political media, gaming, crisis communication, sport media, big data, streaming media, and health communication. “Diversity and Media,” chaired by Travis Dixon (University of Illinois) and Dana Mastro (UC Santa Barbara), is the symposium topic for 2023.
