BEA Student MMJs are a team of undergraduate students with the task of reporting on #BEAvegas and NAB Show with BEA social media takeovers and infusing a variety of story-telling methods \u2013 text, audio, video, graphics…\u00a0 Student MMJs should be ready to think outside the box and bring their journalism skills and training to life.<\/p>\n
Daily assignments will introduce Student MMJ\u2019s to different aspects of the media world \u2013 to include interviews with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, award winners and reporting from special events.<\/p>\n
Student MMJs will receive some equipment to use onsite, press passes, have access to the NAB Show Newsroom, and work under the guidance of BEA staff — in addition, each student will receive a convention registration, housing, a round-trip economy airfare of up to $500 to BEA2026, and a $500 stipend for food and incidentals. Students must attend a BEA institutional member school and be a BEA Student Member.<\/p>\n
Plan to arrive on Thursday,\u00a0 April 16th or Friday, April 17th with departure as early as Monday afternoon, on April 20th.<\/p>\n
