#BEAvegas Exhibit, Advertising, & Sponsorship Sign Up Form<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\nThis year\u2019s conference will take place in the Las Vegas Convention Center, where BEA, like last year,\u00a0 will take up the third floor of the new West Hall. We have a very prime space that is located just above west hall exhibits and our exhibits will be located right at the top of the escalators. But most importantly, as we move forth, we wanted everything BEA does to have two key characteristics: Value and Flexibility.We have moved all our sposored events and exhibits up one day to have less overlap with NAB, to offer more value and attention.<\/p>\n
We work with all of our convention partners \u2013 exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers \u2013 to engage with the media faculty and student attendees.\u00a0 We welcome publishers, equipment manufacturers and sellers, software companies, college and universities\u2026..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

BEA Student MMJs are a team of undergraduate and graduate students with the task of reporting on #BEAvegas and NAB Show in Las Vegas by using and infusing a variety of story-telling methods \u2013text, audio, video, pictures and graphics (or infographics). Student MMJs are tasked to think outside the box while reporting on the events and bring their unique journalism skills and training to life.<\/p>\n
Daily assignments will introduce Student MMJ\u2019s to different aspects of media, entertainment, and technology through a series of interviews and stories that cover sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, award winners and special events. The student produced content will be regularly posted on BEA\u2019s website and through social media.<\/p>\n
During the application process, interested students provide innovative story-telling ideas, methods and examples they plan to incorporate into their Las Vegas experience. Student MMJs will be selected by a pool of professionals and educators, and will receive travel stipends, press passes, access to the NAB Show Newsroom, and work under the guidance of two faculty advisors.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s conference will take place in the Las Vegas Convention Center, where BEA, like last year,\u00a0 will take up the third floor of the new West Hall. We have a very prime space that is located just above west hall exhibits and our exhibits will be located right at the top of the escalators. But most importantly, as we move forth, we wanted everything BEA does to have two key characteristics: Value and Flexibility.We have moved all our sposored events and exhibits up one day to have less overlap with NAB, to offer more value and attention.<\/p>\n
