\n<\/strong>Credentials will not be mailed and MUST <\/strong>be picked up at on-site Registration.\u00a0 Please be sure to bring a copy of your registration confirmation with a valid photo ID.\u00a0 \u00a0You can pick up your badge, program and other materials onsite at the BEA registration area located in the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall.<\/i><\/p>\nIn-Person Presentation<\/h4>\n
\n<\/strong>Scholar to Scholar presentations create a unique opportunity for questions and exchanges not available in more formal sessions.\u00a0 Presenters should take advantage of the opportunity to have an exchange with those who choose to come to the session.\u00a0 All of our poster are presented in digital format on monitors located around the exhibit hall. Poster presenters should bring presentations on flash drives that can be plugged into large monitors (they can be static or in PowerPoint form).<\/p>\n
\nPanels are one hour in length so time management is key.
\n– If your panelists have presentations, try to collect them all in advance and use one computer.
\n– Use the 15 minutes in between sessions to get organized.
\n-The moderator should keep introductions brief.\u00a0 Speaker bios should all be in the panelists profile on the app, so don’t waste too much time introducing each speaker.\u00a0 Introduce everyone at once.
\n– Each speaker should have 10-12 minutes and that should leave 10 minutes at the end for Q&A.<\/a><\/p>\n\n
