Exhibit & Advertising Information

The BEA Exhibition takes place Friday, April 16 from 9am – 5pm and on Saturday, April 17, from 9am – 4:30pm. Showcase your company’s products and services and meet BEA attendees one-on-one.

Exhibitors will be placed in a spacious room near the registration area. The room will also be set for coffee breaks, an opening breakfast and an opening night reception. Exhibitors are responsible for their own AV equipment rental fees, shipping costs, phone lines for Internet service, etc. (BEA will provide you with all necessary information.)

The following is a listing of the types of space and costs available to exhibitors this year:

Three Table Exhibit: Three skirted 6’ tables (22’ x 10’), six chairs, one electrical outlet        $1,000

Two Table Exhibit: Two skirted 6’ tables (18’ x 10’), four chairs, one electrical outlet
       $800

One Table Exhibit: One skirted 6’ table (10’ x 10’), two chairs, one electrical outlet
       $600

Convention Program & Additional Advertising Opportunities:

BEA registrants refer to the program for the entire three days they attend the convention. Many keep it to display in their university libraries after the convention so students and other faculty can examine the issues being discussed at scholarly meetings. It is an important way to make sure professors and students remember your company and have your contact information after the BEA2004 is over.
