For the 2003 convention:

1. BEA will send the blank certificates, which are 8 1/2 x 11", and the
frames, to the paper competition chair for her or him to create a
word-processing document with the language you want for the people you want.

2. Interest Division competition chairs (for papers and/or writing/productions) must submit the Paper Competition Form to the BEA office just prior to the BEA 2002 Convention.

3. BEA will prepare the checks after the convention so that the division of the funds between and among authors will be well settled by that time.
