Deadline: December 1
The 2020 Assessment Bootcamp will focus on “tried and true” methods and case studies that back up these methods across a wide variety of academic institutions. Whether you have been involved in assessment for a while or are a relative newcomer, the Assessment Bootcamp is an opportunity for you to share your assessment research in an academic setting within your discipline. We are looking for scholar-teachers to share their best assessment ideas and research on programmatic assessment, classroom assessment in higher education, or programmatic accreditation. If you’d like to be part of the 2020 Assessment Boot Camp team please submit a 250-word abstract. The commitment involves presenting a 20-minute paper at the Assessment Boot Camp during the 2020 convention, taking part in the “end of the session” Q&A, and writing a 3,000-word paper of your presentation for the Journal of Media Education Summer 2020 edition.
