The BEA On-Location Conference begins on Thursday, October 8<\/strong>, with registration opening at 2:00 p.m.<\/strong> We’ll officially kick things off with a plenary session at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>, followed by a welcome reception so you can catch up with colleagues, meet new people and settle in for the conference.<\/p>\n Friday, October 9<\/strong> is a full day with research, teaching, creative and professional sessions, providing opportunities to discover new ideas, share your work and have conversations with colleagues. A reception will take place on Friday evening as well.<\/p>\n We’ll wrap up on Saturday, October 10<\/strong>, with a closing session and awards presentation beginning at 12:30 p.m.<\/strong> If you’re not in a hurry to head home, stick around for our optional 2:00 p.m. brewery tour.\u00a0<\/strong> We’re going to take advantage of the casual pub scene in Normal, IL and enjoy one last afternoon with fellow attendees before everyone heads home.<\/p>\n Special thanks to Ross Video for sponsoring BEA’s On-Location conference.<\/p>\nClick here to view the program and create your own schedule.<\/a>\n Accessibility Information
