This position reports directly to the VP\/GM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct or coordinate the supportive services of the business unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review operational reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquire, distribute and store supplies and manage vendor relations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain employee HR files and health &amp; welfare data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer employment processes: benefits,\u00a0onboarding\/orientation,\u00a0leave benefits, and management of payroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist management with effective and consistent performance management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with accounting: purchasing, and accounts payable\/receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with Sr. Leadership, Corporate staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, forecast, administer and control departmental expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other job duties as assigned by General Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bRequirements &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred, plus 3-5 years in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or Office Manager Capacity is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Interpersonal savvy \u2013 relates well with all people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Builds rapport and effective relations and uses diplomacy and tact.\u00a0 Confidentiality is crucial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approachability \u2013 is easy to approach and talk to; is a good listener<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action Oriented \u2013 enjoys working hard, and is action oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving &amp; decision making \u2013 uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems, finds sources for input, makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning\/organizing \u2013 prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing self &amp; others \u2013 confident and assertive when providing coaching, guidance or direction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Human Resource Coordinator plans, directs, coordinates or is the liaise of one or more administrative services of the business unit.
