Working as part of the show team, the Booking Production Assistant is responsible for:- Preparing daily grids that represent all guests being featured on the network each day- Preparing grids for control room with all guest contact information and logistics- Sending confirmations to guests who have been booked by booking producers- Sending topics and areas of discussion to the guests- Inputting guest booking data into system- Greeting guests in lobby- Escorting guests to / from set- Providing guest information to the control room / feeds department- Conducting guest outreach when guests are not in place for their interview- Assisting with administrative duties for the VP of Booking and Director of Booking- Assisting booking producers as needed- Conducting research and assemble bios and headshots for guests- Providing clips of guests to booking producers- Confirming guests are who they say they are when we bring them up on camera for their appearanceThis is an excellent opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to gain hands on experience in the TV news business.
