Reporting directly to the Digital Sales Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting Multimedia Marketing Executives and Sales Management to achieve and surpass digital revenue goals. You’ll contribute to the team’s expansion and professionalism by adeptly managing digital campaign elements using cutting-edge project management tools.
Key responsibilities are efficiently process digital advertising orders and requests using advanced project management and internal campaign trafficking tools. Maintain seamless operation of digital campaigns across station and vendor operating systems. Proactively communicate critical fulfillment or workflow issues to sales management staff. Actively participate in both internal and external meetings. Undertake additional assigned duties, with potential for future involvement in selling digital products and services.
Key requirements are strong multitasking abilities and unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred, in addition to familiarity in digital display and video advertising. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
