The Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University seeks an Assistant Professor in Media Production (Video, Audio, Film, Graphics, Animation). JMC offers a strong production curriculum including beginning and advanced courses in scriptwriting, audio production, video production, streaming media, live production, documentary film and motion graphics. Courses are offered for undergraduate students, and for graduate students in a professionally-focused master’s degree. Students work in radio and television for the campus-based Rocky Mountain Student Media Corporation. They also have the opportunity to produce media projects in education abroad programs, and routinely win regional and national awards for their efforts.
