WLFI-TV is seeking a Weekend Meteorologist. Qualified applicants will accurately interpret weather data, develop forecasts, generate graphics on WSI Max, and clearly present information on newscasts at 6:00 and 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Successful candidate will also shoot, write, and edit News content three days per week. Community involvement, school talks, and effective communication with emergency management agencies and National Weather Service staff are essential.Applicants must hold a Bachelor`s degree in Earth and Atmospheric Science or Synoptic Meteorology.
