The Integrated Digital Specialist is responsible for developing digital marketing solutions and advertising campaigns that generate superior outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment. The IDS masters Nexstar’s proprietary tools to develop solutions, proposals, and presentations to targeted and existing clients. The IDS collaborates with administrative team members, Digital Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager and Director of Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and execute, go-to-market strategies and tactics that result in superior outcomes for the client and in accordance with departmental and company revenue goals.

Contribute to the management and growth of meaningful client relationships.

Conceptualize new digital marketing channels, platforms, and advertising tools to enhance and improve all aspects of client ROI as directed by the Director of Sales and in accordance with company standards.

Monthly reporting for all digital marketing services clients

Requirements and Skills:

BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications or equal experience preferred

2+ years of digital marketing or media sales experience preferred

Significant knowledge of digital marketing services, product offerings and effective use for clients is preferred Must be a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment Effective communication and client presentation skills required Enjoys making in-person sales calls, including cold calls, to businesses needing B to B as well as B to C digital campaign strategies Ability to interact with high-level decision makers Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends) Be an effective partner with the market’s sales team in generating digital revenue
