The Department of Communications at the University of Southern Indiana announces the availability of a tenure track assistant professor of Communication beginning August 2022 to teach courses in multimedia production. The candidate should be able to teach undergraduate courses in digital media including video production, broadcast writing, documentary video, social media content and production, and other courses that support our programs in Radio/TV, Journalism, and Social Media.  In addition, this person will serve as the faculty advisor for Screaming Eagles TV.

A PhD in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or Communication -related field and professional media experience is required.  Applicants with ABD status will be considered for the rank of Instructor until degree is completed.
