Reel-Exchange.com to bring to you online uploading capabilities for all the festival categories. To enter all you need to
do is follow this simple 2 step process that is listed below.

Starting on November 15th, 2009

Upload your entry to the BEA festival section of Reel-Exchange.

STEP 2 Return to BEA website and fill out your entry and payment form. (You will need your Reel-Exchange posting URL in the form)
