For over 60 years the BEA has worked with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) to create the next generation of media professionals.  The partnership between BEA’s annual convention and NAB Show has been a major part of this endeavor. Co-located next door to NAB Show in the Westgate Hotel and Casino, BEA’s annual convention attracts over 1,200 educators and students from over 400 schools with 200 sessions, events and an exhibit hall, making us NAB Show’s largest conference partner.

We work with all of our convention partners – exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers – to engage with the media faculty and student attendees.  We welcome publishers, equipment manufacturers and sellers, software companies, college and universities…..

BEA is only as strong as its interest divisions and their unprecedented involvement in making the organization run.  BEA’s annual interest division breakfast gathers some of BEA’s most active volunteers.

Members attend BEA’s annual district breakfast to network with colleagues,  find out what is going on in their region during the upcoming year, and learn about new initiatives to staff is working on.

BEA is offering one company advertising throughout the entire convention website – including the homepage! Advertisers will have an incredible unique opportunity to showcase their brand to the entire BEA2018 audience as part of the main navigation throughout the campaign cycle. Don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity! Only one Fat Skyscraper (240×400) slot is available. Ads will run from the time they are received until at least 3 months following the event.

BEA2018 Home Page Advertising

Member Rate $1,200 / Non-Member Rate $2,000

The Convention Homepage (http://www.BEAweb.org/conv/) is the #1 source of information for BEA2018 preparation and therefore the ideal space to promote your company, products, and services leading up to the event. Ads will run from the time they are received until at least 3 months following the event. Advertisements will be run on the right hand side of the convention home page with a limit of only two (2) 250×250 banners available. The two banners will rotate between top and bottom positions to ensure each company gets equal positioning.

BEA2018 Convention site interior advertising

Member Rate $500 / Non-Member Rate $1,000

The interior pages of the convention website host the most pertinent information dealing with the annual convention. Ads will run from the time they are received until at least 3 months following the event. Advertisements will be run on the right column of most interior pages of the convention website. Advertisement sizes are 160×600 and will rotate randomly between participating companies.
