First awarded in 2002, the Bayliss Horizon Award recognizes past recipients of the Bayliss Radio Scholarship who are embarking on success in the radio industry, partially as a result of the Bayliss Foundationıs investment in their broadcast education.

In choosing Mr. Gay, we recognize an individual who sets a solid example for today's young radio broadcaster.
